This notice describes demo inquiries submitted through the LabNerva marketing website, not patient records or a deployed clinical system. The contracting entity details and final legal policy remain subject to the operator’s review.
With your consent, the form sends your name, work email, organization, role, selected interests and optional message to our Cloudflare-hosted service. We store these details in Cloudflare D1 with a request reference, language, consent version and submission time so the team can review and respond. Do not include patient or clinical information.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to prevent automated abuse. The server checks your verification token and uses your IP address for rate limiting; neither is saved in the inquiry record. A theme preference is stored in your browser. There are no advertising or usage-analytics trackers. When email notification is configured, your request is sent to the team’s mailbox; until then it is stored for manual review. The intended notification recipient is labnerva@gmail.com, with sales@labnerva.com planned as the public alias.
For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact legal@labnerva.com and include your request reference. Inquiries are deleted automatically 365 days after they are submitted, and can be removed sooner on request. The legal operator details are pending confirmation. Cloudflare hosts the website, database and security checks; notification emails, when enabled, will also be processed by the recipient’s email provider.
